Tier One – Maintenance & Emergency Works Contract

We are contracted to maintain the majority of Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) marine assets and are the sole emergency works contractor for all TfNSW marine assets. This exclusive contract encompasses a comprehensive range of repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

• Deck replacement
• Girder and headstock replacement/supplementation
• Piling works (both steel and timber)
• Pile repairs, including wraps, cans, and steel jack-up piles
• Minor carpentry works, such as door repairs, wall cladding, and the replacement of wharf furniture (e.g., lifebuoy cabinets, ladders, fender systems, and mooring bollards)
• Dive works for both inspections and construction below the waterline
• Maintenance and restoration of heritage-listed wharf components
• Concrete remedial works to jetty docks and soffits
• Steel works, including design, fabrication, installation, and onsite welding, along with repairs or replacements of structural elements
• Pressure cleaning of key infrastructure
• Painting and protective coatings for steel and wooden elements
• Lead-based paint removal and re-coating for compliance and safety
• Engagement of sub-contractors to perform necessary remedial works and inspections, including services from electricians, plumbers, painters, and engineers
